and quantum brains have to do with each other?

Speaker:

Busemeyer is a quantitative theorist in the field of human decision making, with numerous well crafted empirical studies. Such research made him a leader in his field long ago. He has been the founder and leader of the rapidly growing field of quantum cognition, which holds that human concepts of probability follow those of quantum probability. His approach provides new insights into what were believed to be irrational instances of human behavioral and economic decision making. His book and many workshops and colloquia have established this field.
