On May 25, Wang Shiting, Party Committee Secretary of the China Foreign Affairs University (CFAU) and former Chinese Ambassador to Switzerland, visited Nanjing University. Chen Yunsong, Vice Chair of NJU CPC Council, met with Wang Shiting and his delegation at the School of International Studies.

Wang Shiting expressed gratitude to NJU for its support of the China National Association for International Studies and CFAU. He provided an overview of CFAU, highlighting its characteristic discipline construction and talent cultivation. He noted that NJU and CFAU each have unique strengths and advantages in international studies, allowing for complementary strengths and strong collaboration in many areas.

Chen Yunsong welcomed Wang Shiting and provided a detailed introduction to the construction of the School of International Studies and the regional and country studies at NJU. He hoped for deeper cooperation between the two sides to jointly promote the development of young scholars in international relations studies.
